American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. in Charleston, WV is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life daily and deliver an amazing shopping experience.

You will be the face of our company, passionate about AE & Aerie products, and dedicated to building brand loyalty with every guest. You will flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, resolve guest concerns with integrity, and share in store team success.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and creating a great shopping experience.
• Retail experience is a plus and availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest fitting items.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and brand channels to customers.
• Move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Support teammates and contribute to achieving store goals.
• Uphold integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.
