Job summary

AEO in Charleston, WV is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience and you are the face of our company, proudly representing our values.

Educate guests on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while delivering energetic, friendly service, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to engage with customers and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and make tailored recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done.
• Uphold company policies and values.
