American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Charleston, WV is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life day by day.

You will provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience and represent our company values with your real self. As the face of the brand, you’ll educate guests on AE and Aerie products, share the brand love, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom while upholding policy and integrity.

Qualifications

• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Passionate about AE & Aerie products.
• Experience in retail preferred.
• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they want.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make fitting recommendations.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the team to get the job done.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
