• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to guide purchases with a friendly, helpful approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make personalized recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to shoppers.
• Move flexibly across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while upholding store policies.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional service.
