Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll engage guests, share AE & Aerie product knowledge, and deliver an outstanding shopping experience, making each visit memorable.

You’ll use the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, “friends first” mindset, flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, and help drive loyalty programs while upholding company policies with integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience working in retail and customer-facing roles.
• Able to adapt to multiple store zones (Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, Stockroom).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and recommendations.
• Promote AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
