American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience and represent our values with your real self.

You'll use the AEO Selling Model, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, introduce the loyalty program, and move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. Prior retail experience and a passion for people are a plus; you must be at least 16 and

Qualifications

• Candidate enjoys interacting with people and provides friendly service.
• High energy and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Loves AE and Aerie products and brand values.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fits.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Assist team and foster teamwork.
• Act with integrity and follow AEO policies.
