Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Marietta, GA is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life and provide every guest with an exceptional shopping experience.

You will learn the AEO Selling Model, educate customers on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while upholding company policies. This role requires energy, strong people skills, and willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

• You’ve worked in retail before.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the #teamwork mindset.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
