Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Alpharetta to bring our brand to life daily and create an amazing shopping experience for guests. You will act as the face of AE, engage customers with enthusiasm, and promote AE & Aerie products.

You will work across the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed, educating guests on product details and loyalty programs while embodying AE values.

Qualifications

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Energetic and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• Experience in retail is preferred.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests, helping them find what they need with a friends‑first mindset.
• Educate guests on product details and suggest options that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex work across the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist teammates in getting the job done.
• Act with integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.
