You love AE and Aerie products and are passionate about building brand loyalty. You will educate guests on product details, introduce the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred and highly valued.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on product details and make suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Collaborate with the team to get the job done.
