American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. in Roanoke, VA is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador who brings our brand to life daily by delivering an amazing shopping experience.

You are the face of AE, love our products, and help build brand loyalty with every guest. You’ll use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests, educate them on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Experience in retail is a plus.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, energetic, and guest-focused.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable options.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Able to move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support your coworkers.
