Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a friendly Brand Ambassador to create an amazing shopping experience for guests. You’ll be the face of the brand, sharing product knowledge and guiding guests through AE and Aerie items while promoting the loyalty program.

This part-time role requires energy, excellent people skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll rotate across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, brand-loving attitude.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and offer tailored recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support store goals.
• Uphold company policies and procedures with integrity.
