Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You will create an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program with a friendly, “friends first” approach.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, solving guest concerns while following store policies and maintaining brand integrity. AEO values energetic, people-oriented team players who love retail.

Qualifications

Customer-focused interactions to create an amazing in-store experience.
High energy to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Retail experience with product knowledge and upselling skills.
Age 16 years or older to work in retail.

Responsibilities

Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to guide purchases with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make tailored recommendations.
Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
Resolve guest concerns promptly while adhering to store policies.
Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals and provide excellent service.
Uphold brand integrity and company policies in all interactions.
