Job summary

Aerie is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store, greeting guests and delivering an amazing shopping experience. You’re the face of the brand, passionate about AE & Aerie products, and excited to build loyalty while reflecting our values.

You'll move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, educate customers on product details, and promote the AE loyalty program. Availability evenings/weekends/holidays is needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail preferred.
• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Loves AE & Aerie products.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and company policies.
