Job summary

Aerie is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and building brand loyalty with every guest. You are the face of our brand and you’re proud to represent AE/Aerie values.

You will educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while upholding brand standards and policies.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You are energetic and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fits.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to getting the job done.
• Represent the brand with integrity and embody company values.
