American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience for every guest.

You’ll represent the brand with enthusiasm, educate customers on AE and Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs while adapting to multiple store areas. This role emphasizes energetic interaction, product knowledge, and a welcoming attitude that aligns with AEO values, including dedication to our customers and team

Qualifications

• Part-time Brand Ambassador role in retail.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
