Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You will educate guests on AE/Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor and backroom tasks.

You’ll work with energy, integrity, and a friendly, authentic demeanor. Ideal candidates enjoy interacting with people, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, and are at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people.
• Energetic and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Experience in retail is preferred.
• You must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to help them find exactly what they're looking for using the AEO Selling Model, with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Move flexibly between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Support the team and collaborate to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
