Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and representing our values with your REAL self.

You will guide guests with the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while maintaining integrity and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail environments preferred.
• Available evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make personalized product suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policy to ensure a positive experience.
• Be a team player and support colleagues to get the job done.
