Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Mankato, MN is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life and create an amazing shopping experience for every guest. You are the face of our company and you’re proud of it, with a passion for AE and Aerie products.

You’ll use the AEO Selling Model, educate guests on product details, introduce the loyalty program, and flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Availability during evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with the team to get the job done.
