American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Bethel Park, PA is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll create a welcoming shopping experience, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and build brand loyalty through genuine service and product knowledge.

You’ll work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, stay energetic in a fast-paced environment, and embody our REAL self while following company policies.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You work in a fast-paced environment with high energy.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You’ve worked in retail before.
• You’re at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help find exactly what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and offer tailored suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy and keep guests happy.
• Be a team player and support the team to get the job done.
