The position supports store visual standards, team initiatives, and offers a pathway to future management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide personalized styling recommendations.
• Build and maintain client relationships through outreach and CRM tools such as Polo connect.
• Drive sales performance and meet or exceed individual KPIs (SPH, data capture, etc.).
• Coach and support Brand Ambassadors to promote customer‑centric behaviors and team success.
• Maintain store visual standards and participate in store and community initiatives.
• Balance tasks across sales floor, stock areas, and cashwrap while prioritizing the customer experience.
• Support hiring and talent sourcing efforts as needed.

Requirements
