Summary

Sales Ambassador delivers exceptional in-store customer experiences through personalized styling, strong product knowledge, and proactive clienteling. The role supports store sales goals, mentors Brand Ambassadors, and leverages digital tools to grow customer relationships and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and personalized styling recommendations on the sales floor.
• Drive individual and team sales by meeting KPIs (SPH, data capture) and contributing to monthly and quarterly plans.
• Use CRM and digital tools to capture customer data, perform outreach, and support clienteling initiatives.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors to reinforce customer-centric behaviors and team performance.
• Maintain store visual standards and support merchandising execution.
• Participate in store and community initiatives and assist with talent sourcing and training activities.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume specialty or luxury environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and team members.
• Comfort using digital sales tools and CRM platforms for clienteling.
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate a register for extended periods and move around the sales floor.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing as needed.
