Qualifications

• Ability to provide exemplary member service with patience and confidentiality.
• Strong communication and math skills for daily transactions and balancing.
• Basic computer skills and experience with standard office equipment.
• Fluency in English is required for member interactions.

Responsibilities

• Open new memberships and establish accounts.
• Balance cash drawer, vault, ATM, and coin sorter; process daily transactions.
• Operate drive-thru window and handle member inquiries and updates.
• Educate members on services and recommend appropriate products.
• Answer phones, file paperwork, and perform other clerical duties as needed.
• Assist with account problems and reconciliations; escalate when necessary.
