Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Part Time Branch Ambassador for Central Jersey (NJ Area). You’ll be the heartbeat of our space, delivering hospitality while guiding customers through digital tools like mobile banking and remote deposit capture.

You’ll handle high-volume cash with accuracy, greet customers, identify needs, and connect them to banking solutions. The role offers weekend availability and benefits; salary ranges by location are posted.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
Associate’s degree (preferred).
2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience (preferred).
Proficient in G-Suite and basic digital tools.
Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy.
Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
Identify customer needs and pair them with digital tools or banking solutions.
Greet customers and maintain hospitality while guiding their journey.
Support branches within a 50 mile radius and adapt to flexible schedules.
