Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Guardians of Trust & Accuracy: process high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy while following compliance standards.
• The Digital Concierge: educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• The First-Line Consultant: listen to client needs and pair them with digital tools or banking solutions.
• The Hospitality Lead: greet customers and maintain warmth while handling a high-volume operation.
