Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Part-Time Branch Ambassador for the Central Jersey (NJ Area) location. You will be the face of hospitality, guiding customers with a blend of high‑touch service and digital banking tools, while maintaining security and accuracy in daily operations.

You will educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments, and help them achieve financial goals through the right tools and solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume cash transactions with accuracy and maintain compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and how to use them.
• Identify customer needs and pair them with appropriate banking solutions and digital tools.
• Greet customers and maintain a welcoming, service-focused environment.
• Support Branch operations and adapt to a fluid work environment.
