Legends Global, operating Mohegan Arena @ Casey Plaza in Wilkes-Barre, is seeking a part-time Box Office Ticket Seller. Hours vary by event, with evenings and weekends common. Qualifications

• Pass a HireRight Background Check.
• Basic computer and POS knowledge.
• Ticketmaster or venue box office experience preferred.
• Outgoing and professional demeanor with strong guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Open and/or close ticket window as required.
• Sell and distribute will-call tickets using Ticketmaster software.
• Reconcile daily sales reports and cash deposits.
• Answer customers’ questions promptly, courteously, and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and professional appearance.
• Support coworkers and the public with a positive, energetic attitude.
• Perform related clerical work and other duties as assigned.
