Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Part-time Ticket Seller for the Peoria Civic Center Box Office. You will assist customers with ticket purchases, explain seating options, and handle transactions both in person and by phone.

Flexibility to work Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays is required. A high school diploma or GED and cash-handling experience are preferred. Training includes background checks and safety procedures, with opportunities to support event operations.

Qualifications

• English fluency, written and verbal, required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a direct customer service role preferred.
• Experience in a cash-handling role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer box office telephones and provide information to callers.
• Interact with the public in person and over the phone in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and verify cash drawer balance.
• Accurately count cash and give correct change.
• Maintain security of company assets and follow safety procedures.
• Provide clerical support for Box Office operations as needed.
