Legends Global's Mohegan Arena in Wilkes-Barre is looking for a Guest Services Usher/Ticket Taker to work across Front of House, greet guests, process tickets and seat patrons.

This role supports guests with disabilities, monitors entrances and stairs, and assists with event-day operations, with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. Equal opportunity employer; dress code applies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Guest Services/Customer Service and the ability to interact with guests professionally.
• Some knowledge of radio communication is preferred.
• Must be clean and neat in appearance and follow required dress code for the position.
• Guest Services team attire: black slacks, black shoes, facility shirt; Suite level also includes white shirt and optional tie.
• Ability to walk stairs and stand for long periods; work in an elevator for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests upon entry to the building and seating areas in a professional and courteous manner.
• Processes tickets at all entrances of Mohegan Arena.
• Seats guests according to ticket numbers and assists guests with questions/concerns.
• Monitors entrances, exits, and stairways, keeping unauthorized persons out of restricted areas.
• Assists guests with disabilities including ADA accommodations as needed.
• Patrols Front of House areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and security.
• Reports incidents and safety issues to the information booth/Supervisor promptly.
• Assists with chairs placement/removal and other event-day duties as needed.
