Leap is hiring a Sales Supervisor for our Brooklyn store opening in October 2026. You will be the Leader on Duty, driving sales performance, and delivering an elevated customer experience on the sales floor.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail leadership, strong coaching, and the ability to manage daily operations. You will partner with store leadership to onboard new team members and uphold brand standards, with a bonus-eligible compensation structure.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead on the sales floor and drive sales results.
• Strong customer-focused selling and relationship-building.
• Excellent communication and team motivation.
• Experience with retail tech like Shopify or Endear CRM is preferred.
