Job summary

Leap is seeking a passionate Sales Supervisor to join our boutique, powered by the Leap Platform. This hands-on leader will drive daily sales, coach teammates, and ensure an elevated in-store experience that reflects the Leap brand.

You will serve as a trusted Lead on the floor, partnering with store leadership to maintain standards and deliver outstanding customer service. The role requires 1–3 years of retail leadership, strong communication, and a track record of building high-performing

Qualifications

1–3 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience in boutique, specialty, premium, or customer-focused retail environments.
Strong customer-focused selling skills with ability to build relationships and create memorable experiences.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team, coach selling behaviors, and drive sales results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the team in achieving daily sales goals and key performance metrics through active coaching, floor leadership, and selling behaviors.
Coach associates to deliver thoughtful recommendations and experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.
Partner with store leadership to onboard new team members, reinforce training, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Oversee daily store execution, visual merchandising, inventory management, and routine store operations.
