Leap Inc is seeking a passionate Sales Supervisor to join our boutique at Garden State Plaza, powered by the Leap Platform. You will lead on the sales floor, coach the team, and create exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead a team, coach selling behaviors, and drive sales results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer-focused selling skills with the ability to build relationships and provide product expertise.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide feedback and motivate others.
• Experience with retail technology including Shopify, Endear CRM, Slack, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in achieving daily sales goals and KPIs through active coaching, floor leadership, and selling behaviors.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through authentic engagement and product knowledge.
• Develop and onboard team members, reinforce training, and promote accountability and collaboration.
• Oversee daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, and adherence to brand standards.
