Books-A-Million in Sandy Springs, GA is seeking a part-time Keyholder to step into store leadership, acting as a limited Manager On Duty under the guidance of the management team. You will lead your category team, ensure security, and drive sales and customer service to a high standard.

You will train Associates, manage opening/closing, and maintain daily operations while upholding company policies and procedures. This is a great step into leadership for booksellers.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a supervisor role.
• Successful completion of all required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift as a limited Manager On Duty, ensuring store standards and policies are followed.
• Own your category results by guiding your team to stronger sales and service.
• Maintain store security, open/close duties, and loss prevention with integrity.
• Train and develop associates within your category to build product knowledge and confidence.
• Lead cross-training and daily briefings to keep the team aligned and focused.
