Books-A-Million is seeking a Keyholder to step into store leadership, acting as a limited Manager On Duty under the guidance of the management team. You will lead your category team and ensure the store is secure and ready for every reader who walks through the door.

You are the go-to person when tasks must be done right, and you will help your team develop while upholding company policies and standards across shifts. This is a true leadership path within a Books-A-Million retail store.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a supervisor role.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Successful completion of all required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift as a limited Manager On Duty and keep the store running to standard.
• Own your category results by guiding the category team to stronger sales and service.
• Maintain store security and follow loss prevention standards with integrity.
