Responsibilities

• Prepare and send client invoices for management fees, service packages, and owner charges.
• Track accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Process vendor bills, code expenses, and schedule payments.
• Maintain books for the condo associations we manage, including dues and assessments, association payables, and monthly reporting.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts and support month-end close.
• Work with ownership on financial questions and process improvements.
