Job summary

Greiner Ford of Casper is seeking a part-time Body Shop Specialist to join our team. You will handle payments, cash receipts, and daily deposits, with accurate reconciliations in a busy shop environment.

The role supports the Body Shop Manager and Estimators, assists with accounts receivable, closes repair orders, and helps balance payroll and work in process. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
• Efficient typing skills with accuracy.
• Basic math skills for simple calculations.
• Willingness to learn new software systems.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Receive payments and issue receipts for cash, checks, credit cards, EFTs.
• Process Daily Deposit Workbook for the Body Shop and reconcile to management software.
• Assist Body Shop Manager and Estimators with accounts receivable collection.
• Prepare and audit Repair Orders to be closed and posted.
• May occasionally close repair orders and assist with Technician Payroll and Work in Process balancing.
• Assist with parts and sublet data entry into management software.
• Document verification per audits and insurance requirements.
