Job summary

Priority Ford Norfolk Body Shop, part of Lithia & Driveway, seeks an Automotive Estimator to identify and resolve customer concerns, estimate repair needs after inspections, and communicate between customers and technicians. You will prepare repair orders and estimates using ProfitNet ADP and major estimating systems.

The role offers a performance-driven environment with potential annual earnings in the $60,000–$85,000 range, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and time management required.
• Typing and basic computer skills to enter repair orders.
• Math skills to calculate service costs.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Identify, confirm and offer resolutions to customer concerns.
• Estimate repair needs to customer based on vehicle inspection.
• Serve as the communication between the customer and the technician.
• Answer incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
• Write accurate repair orders & estimates using ProfitNet ADP.
• Write accurate Estimates utilizing the three major estimating systems: Pathways, Mitchell, Audatex.

Estimator Responsibilities:

Total Rewards

Potential annual earnings: $60,000-$85,000

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission(s) off: _ Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit _ Bonuses based on: _ Manufacturer Approvability _

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
