Greiner Ford of Casper is seeking a part-time Body Shop Specialist to handle payments, deposits, and AR tasks while supporting the Body Shop team. The role involves processing repair orders, payroll assistance, and data entry into the shop management system.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, reliable cash handling, and the ability to learn new systems, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 1:00 pm–5:00 pm. Dinamic team environment and growth opportunities are highlighted.

Responsibilities

• Receive payments by cash, checks, credit card; issue receipts.
• Process Daily Deposit Workbook and reconcile with management software.
• Assist Body Shop Manager and Estimators with Accounts Receivable collection.
• Prepare and audit Repair Orders to be closed and posted; may close orders.
• May assist with Technician Payroll and Work in Process Balancing.
• Data entry for parts and sublet in management software.
• Document verification per audits and insurance requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Receive payments made by cash, checks, credit card receipts, EFTs and issue payment receipts
• Process Daily Deposit Workbook for the Body Shop and reconcile to Body Shop management software
• Assists Body Shop Manager and Estimators on the collection of outstanding Body Shop Accounts Receivables
• Prepare and audit Repair Orders to be closed and posted
• May occasionally close repair orders
• May assist Body Shop Manager with Technician Payroll and Work in Process Balancing
• May assist with parts and sublet data entry into management software
• Document Verification per Audit and Insurance Requirements
