Job summary

Elk Grove Ford is seeking a Part-time Service Greeter to warmly welcome customers in the service lane and guide them to the right Service Advisor. You will assist with check-in, vehicle flow, and maintaining a clean, customer-friendly service area.

A positive, organized demeanor and strong communication skills are essential. Applicants should be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers as they arrive in the service lane.
• Direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor.
• Help with customer check-in and vehicle flow throughout the service lane.
• Provide a warm, professional first impression for every guest.
• Answer basic questions and assist visitors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly service area.
• Support the Service Department with additional responsibilities as assigned.

Total Rewards
