Job summary

HeiTech Services, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative (Biometrics Fingerprinting Technician) to support the USCIS Application Support Center. In this role you will collect biometric information from applicants and provide courteous service in a government environment.

No fingerprinting experience is required; paid training is provided. Candidates from customer service, administrative support, retail or security backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a government clearance.
• Must speak and write English.
• Ability to stand for scheduled shift duration.
• Ability to hold and grasp applicants' hands for fingerprints.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment with the public.
• Typing and basic computer skills required.
• Successful completion of biometrics training within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration (fingerprints, photographs, signatures) for USCIS applicants.
• Verify entrants are approved applicants and visitors.
• Provide front-line customer service representing HeiTech Services and USCIS ASC.
• Interact with the public professionally and respectfully.
