Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Greet Patients and visitors in English and Spanish, in person and over the phone.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient communications in both languages.
• Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Address inquiries and provide information in both languages.
• Process payments and file third-party claims.
• Educate and enroll potential patients in Vamos memberships.
• Maintain office inventory and support patient comfort.
