Job summary

Utah Valley Pediatrics is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our pediatric office team in Orem, UT. You will be the first point of contact, greeting patients, handling check-ins, and scheduling appointments in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communications, strong multitasking, and HIPAA compliance. This is a part-time, in-person position with no remote work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior receptionist/customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and basic office software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional phone manner.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be fully vaccinated, including annual influenza; accommodation possible.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities
