Beth Israel Lahey Health Addison Gilbert Hospital’s Gloucester High School - School-Based Health Center (GHS-SBHC) is seeking an Access Representative/Greeter. You will welcome students and staff, schedule visits, register visits in EPIC, and manage front-desk tasks in a fast-paced school setting.

Multilingual abilities are a plus, and a healthcare environment familiarity helps. Hours are part-time, about 25 hours weekly, with preferred shifts 9:30am–2:30pm, Monday through Friday, mid-August

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED minimum.
• Experience in health care and/or school setting is preferred; EPIC knowledge is a plus.
• Bilingual/Multilingual in English, Portuguese and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet students and staff and identify needs.
• Schedule walk-in visits and write appointment passes.
• Register visits in EPIC and prepare charts and forms.
• Set up paperwork for visits and contact families as needed.
• Maintain data tracking spreadsheets and filing.
• Order supplies and provide general front-desk support.
• Support additional tasks as assigned.
