Beth Israel Lahey Health’s Gloucester High School - School-Based Health Center (GHS-SBHC) is seeking a School Based Health Center Access Representative / Greeter in Gloucester. The role focuses on scheduling, EPIC registrations, and greeting students and staff at the front desk, while verifying insurance and supporting SBHC staff.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, tech-savvy, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced school environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Experience in health care or school settings is preferred.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills (MS Word, Google Docs/Sheets).
• EPIC registration experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Gloucester High School students and staff with scheduling and registering appointments in EPIC.
• Act as front-desk greeter and verify insurance; provide administrative support for SBHC staff.
• Support coordination with Nurse Practitioner, Mental Health Provider, Community Health Worker and Program Manager.
