MAP Communications is seeking a Part Time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to work in-office in North Richland Hills, TX. The role involves handling a high volume of inbound calls and ensuring messages are captured accurately using our internal call processing tools.

Training is provided on our systems; this is not a telemarketing position. Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish with a minimum typing speed of 35 WPM and a punctual, growth‑minded attitude.

Part Time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist

Location: In-Office l Pay: $19/hour

At Map Communications, you will provide professional and comprehensive support to a diverse range of companies that include medical offices, apartment complexes, professional services, and more!

Your day-today will be managing a high-volume of inbound calls and ensuring any message taken is captured efficiently with accuracy. To be set up for success, you will be trained on our internal advanced call processing systems and industry-leading tools. We are an inbound call center only, so telemarketing calls or sales solicitations are not part of the role.

We are looking for dedicated, open-minded individuals who are looking for a long-term career and bring an upbeat tone, a strong command of both English and Spanish (write/read/speak), and a typing speed of at least 35 WPM.

Compensation:

Shifts Offered:

• Part-Time
• Requires 1 weekend day (Sat/Sun) and Holidays
• Training is one week, then you will move to your set schedule on the following week.
