Map Communications is looking for candidates to join our rapidly growing team as Full-Time Bilingual Customer Service Agents! In this vital role, you\'ll provide friendly, professional, and comprehensive support to our diverse client base, which spans medical offices, apartment complexes, and various professional services. Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally manage a high volume of incoming calls, greeting callers with a polite and pleasant demeanor.


• Accurately gather and relay essential information, ensuring all message details are thorough and precise.


• Verify and meticulously enter information into our system, providing clients with confidence that their issues will be effectively communicated.

To excel in this role, you should have a typing speed of 35WPM and proficient computer skills. We are seeking self-motivated, accountable individuals with a warm demeanor who remain composed when assisting upset callers. Success here requires strong attention to detail in writing and a consistent dedication to reliable attendance and schedule adherence. It is required for candidates to be able to speak, read, and write in Spanish and English.

Shifts:

• Full-Time - 40 hours per week


• Must be available to work a weekend day (Sat or Sun each week)


• Training will last approximately one week. On your second week, you will move to your new set schedule.
