Langham Chicago, part of Langham Hospitality Group, seeks a courteous Bell Attendant to greet guests, assist with luggage, escort to rooms, and offer accurate information about the hotel and local attractions. Must be able to lift heavy items and work outdoors in varying temperatures.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with guests.

Responsabilités

• Maintain driveway flow for hotel entrance and loading area.
• Assist guests with luggage and escort to accommodations.
• Escort guests and point out room features; relay any deficiencies to housekeeping.
• Direct guests to hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Communicate with guests in English for inquiries and directions.
