Primary Objective of Position:

Provide a professional and courteous demeanor to all guests and clients. Provide accurate information regarding the hotel, city, and surrounding area. Escort arriving and departing guests in a friendly manner to and from their accommodations, transporting their luggage.

Responsibilities and Job Duties:
  • Maintain driveway traffic flow to ensure hotel entrance accessibility, allowing space for passenger and luggage loading/unloading.
  • Retrieve guest items from vehicles and load luggage onto a bell cart for transport within the hotel.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, inspect for deficiencies, and inform housekeeping of any issues.
  • Guide guests through the hotel, providing assistance and directions to facilities.
  • Respond to guest inquiries using a positive, clear voice, providing accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Push, pull, or lift up to 50+ pounds; stand, bend, walk, kneel, and crouch frequently.
  • Communicate effectively in English for handling luggage and guest interactions.
  • Explain parking procedures and costs to guests.
Experience Required:
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurability.
Salary Range:

$14.25 - $17.81/hour plus discretionary gratuities.
