Job summary

Achieve Beyond is seeking Part-time, hourly Behavior Therapist Interns to support pediatric therapy programs. You will deliver ABA instruction, collect daily data, and liaise with families to reinforce learning in home and community settings.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience or current undergraduate enrollment in a related field, plus training and a passion for helping children and families. Flexible weekday afternoons and weekends are available.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children, families, and therapists.
• At least 1 year of supervised experience with children.
• Undergraduate enrollment in psychology, healthcare, human services, education, or related field.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.
• Complete 20-hour classroom training and pass competency exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction per BCBA educational plan.
• Participate in collaborative meetings with BCBA and therapists.
• Communicate with families, provide debriefs and home/community resources.
• Collect daily data and organize the child's program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality per State and Federal regulations.
