Job summary

Triumph ABA in New Jersey seeks a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) to implement ABA services under BCBA supervision, working with children and young adults on the autism spectrum. The role involves delivering one-on-one therapy in home or community settings and collecting progress data.

You will follow individualized behavior plans, maintain detailed records, and collaborate with BCBAs, BTs, and families to support positive outcomes. Evening and weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of prior experience with children or related field.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work with supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home or community settings.
