Job summary

Triumph ABA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) to work directly with clients, implementing ABA services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Deliver one-on-one in-home or community-based ABA therapy for children with autism, collect data, maintain records, and collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and the therapy team. NJ pay range is $18/hr–$26/hr; after-school/evening/weekend hours available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children or in related field.
• Experience in roles such as paraprofessional, special education aide, or RBT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one in-home or community-based ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect accurate data during sessions to monitor progress.
• Maintain detailed records of client progress, session notes, and observed changes in behavior.
• Implement behavioral plans developed by the BCBA/LBA.
• Collaborate with the therapy team, including BCBAs, other BTs, and parents/guardians.
• Respond promptly to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
